About the Projects
Social Robotics is a project of the FRIAS Saltus! Group.
Project Description
Together with our colleague and FRIAS Research Fellow (2019-2020) Shelly Levy-Tzedek, head of the Cognition, Aging and Rehabilitation Lab at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, we explore fundamental philosophical concepts as well as ethical, legal and social aspects of human-robot interaction and cooperation, such as trust, agency and autonomy. Our special focus lies on social robots, expecially in rehabilitation, but also other contexts.
